Dr. Darshana Naik

I’m Dr. Darshana Naik, a dual board-certified pelvic health expert, a published author, a TEDx speaker, researcher, mom, and a local woman of color business owner. I believe pelvic health is an integral part of our overall health (HOLE health is WHOLE health!). It is my life’s purpose to make pelvic health mainstream and to uncouple shame from modesty in women’s health. Apart from that, I am also a busy mom, a nagging wife at times, and an annoying sister. So, like most patients, I understand what it means to wear too many hats. I also know what it means to be busy and have so many lists going on that your self-care is at the bottom of that list. I've been working with busy women like you for the last 16 years, so I truly understand what you're going through, and I am here to help you.

Anya Deering

Meet Anya, our vibrant administrative assistant at Dr. Darshana's Pelvic PT! A lifelong Seattleite, she graduated from the Claremont Colleges with a degree in linguistics, where she led sexual health outreach and education programs. Anya is a highly competitive elite Irish dancer having toured professionally and competed in multiple world championships. Her passion for dance extends to Seattle's vibrant Balkan music and dance scene, where she has been deeply involved throughout her entire life. Outside of work, Anya is an avid gym goer who loves strength training and running. You can often find her dancing in the front row of live music events, reading with her cats Slinky Malinky and Princess Elijah, or hunting for vintage clothes at the thrift store.

Elizabeth Tate

Meet Elizabeth, my superstar (virtual) creative assistant! Elizabeth brings over 10 years of customer engagement and content creation magic to Dr. Darshana's Pelvic PT, where she drives our creative strategies and supports the team in whatever way is necessary. With a BS in Early Childhood Ed/Psychology from the University of the Ozarks and a MSW from Western New Mexico University in the works, Elizabeth's expertise spans digital marketing, content creation, and social media. She also deeply understands the need for connection, education, and accessibility. When she's not supporting our team and driving our creative output, you can find Elizabeth outside hiking or running, reading, cooking, or spending time with her husband and two daughters.
